Some of the most desired properties in Vermont are on the shores of its numerous lakes and ponds.  Vermonters love their lakes and their lake houses.  Each lake has its own culture, families that have been there for ages and history.  Deep water lakes are generally the most desired because they are often the clearest, as most have not been affected by invasive species like milfoil.  A few of those lakes are Caspian, Willoughby, Harveys, Seymour, Echo and Crystal.
