White Brook flows along the northern border of the property to the northeast corner, where it branches into two channels on either side of an island. Patterson Brook flows on the third side. This triangular island is big enough for a camp out or just a picnic. From the island, Patterson Brook continues along the eastern boundary for 1,000 ft before diverging away from the property.
